Happy Cinco de Mayo! I’m celebrating today with these fruity, refreshing Watermelon Mint Margaritas. Watermelon and mint were a match made in summertime heaven, and great for the holiday since together they show the colors of the Mexican flag.

This drink is so simple, proof that you don’t need pre-made mixers or fancy infused syrups to make a good summer cocktail (not that I have anything against those). They’re perfect for when you need an easy last-minute drink for outdoor entertaining. Also, what does it say about me that my first post on this blog is a drink recipe? ¡Salud!
